Curriculum Modules

Through Systems Education Experiences (SEE), we have developed and disseminated nine curriculum modules and have five more in development. All modules work toward helping students internalize interdisciplinary STEM concepts and the skills of research and systems biology.

2020 High School Internship

The SEE internship program offers a cross-disciplinary research experience for high school students, through which they learn the power of the scientific approach. Computational Modeling Workgroup

During the summer of 2020, 42 rising 12th grade students used their quarantine time to learn how computational modeling can be used to solve complex problems. Students designed and completed projects related to computational modeling with the online guidance of scientists, programmers, and educators within or connected to Systems Education Experiences at ISB.
